The "group" approach to the Real Estate business that Richard Treacy Real Estate employs takes customer service to a completely different level. There are many facets to the Real Estate industry; working with buyers, working with sellers, marketing properties and marketing yourself, managing transactions (as they occur) from start to closing, hiring new talent, and managing the team so that everyone can perform at their highest level. Think of each of them as different job descriptions, because they truly are. By creating a group, Jill and Bill are able to specialize and work to perfect their own job descriptions. And their carefully recruited and talented team handles the remaining tasks. The group includes Buyer Consultants and a Transaction Coordinator who all work hard to make every home sale a positive one for our clients.
